September 22, 2016 Written by

Sierra announced that on September 27 would they release the penultimate episode of its take on the popular franchise, King’s Quest.

Developers The Odd Gentlemen also announced that the release would include a bonus epilogue of King Graham’s journey “before the holidays.”

To catch you up on the story, Sierra also released the following introduction to Chapter 4:

“King’s Quest - Chapter 4: Snow Place Like Home opens on the fateful night when King Graham and Queen Valanice’s infant child Alexander was stolen from them. When Alexander mysteriously returns home18 years later, however, Graham must decide how to reconnect with the boy he’s spent a lifetime searching for. And as father and son work together to solve the towering challenges of the puzzling Ice Palace, questions linger about just what happened all those years ago.”

The original King’s Quest was released now over 30 years ago. That’s what we call a classic.

You can purchase King’s Quest as bundles on Steam, or each chapter may also be bought individually.
