The newly-developed content update will be available from May 5th via online stores, including Steam, to coincide with the release of the retail version in Central Europe. The update is free to all legal owners of the game.

“The upcoming update of the game will include additional mini-scenarios created specifically for Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria. It will focus on integrating the Visegrad Group countries in opposition to the expansionary policy of Austria's renaissance of the Habsburg monarchy. In these scenarios, there will be a series of events that, by mistake, will lead to a decision to build a Polish colony in the Caribbean - “San Escobar”, which will then become the subject of diplomatic competition between the United States and China." - said Igor Zieliński, Creative Director of Realpolitiks.

Apart from new mini-scenarios, two new game features have been added: Culture conversion, and Renouncing territorial claims. The update also fixes known issues and fine-tunes Realpolitiks for a better, more optimized and enjoyable gameplay experience.

Realpolitiks will also be released for digital distribution on GOG.com very soon, where it will launch with the new content.
