Get an early peek into the worlds of The Gardens Between

Check out the adventure puzzle game from The Voxel Agents coming to Windows in Q1 2018, with a trio of atmospheric trailers.

The Voxel Agents invites you to dive into the world of their upcoming adventure puzzle game The Gardens Between with a 40-minute audiovisual experience, available on YouTube today.

The Gardens Between is a surreal puzzle adventure that follows best friends, Arina and Frendt, as they fall into a mysterious world of beautiful garden islands. The player can traverse back and forwards in time to discover each garden's secrets and, along the way, reveal a story about friendship, childhood and growing up.

This trio of slow trailers is an artistic collaboration between The Voxel Agents and ambient musician Tim Shiel. It's designed as a relaxing and contemplative audiovisual peek into the beautiful and breathtaking world of The Gardens Between where observant viewers will find clues to the gardens' mysteries.

"The Gardens Between encourages careful and stress-free exploration," says Henrik Pettersson, Director, The Gardens Between. "We aim to make spaces worth resting in and we wanted to share a few these environments. We want players to immerse themselves in the mood and atmosphere of the game."

In crafting the bespoke album-length audio experience, musician Tim Shiel called upon a long cast of musical collaborators including acclaimed pianist Luke Howard, composer/vocalist Biddy Connor, and producer Wally de Backer (aka Gotye).

An album featuring the music from this playlist will be released on all music services later in 2017, but for now the only place to immerse yourself in this experience is via the YouTube playlist.

The Gardens Between will launch on Steam for Windows and Mac Q1 2018. For more information, visit the official website.
