Gameforge and developers HEX Entertainment are revealing the fifth set for HEX: Shards of Fate—Herofall Set.
This set will bring 275 new cards this fall. In addition, the first tournament based on the new ladder system for Cosmic Crown Showdown will be held.
HEX: Shards of Fate takes all the strategy from a trading card game and adds the depth of a role-playing game. Basically a whole new genre: RPG-TGC. Say that five times fast. With new strategies and variety in gameplay, players can expect challenges and gameplay they have never experienced before.
In Cosmic Crown Showdown, Comic tier players battle against each other for the title of ultimate player. The top 64 players from both ladders are eligible to compete. By the end of August, the finalists will emerge and the first Cosmic Crown Showdown Final will start in the beginning of September. Currently the qualifying rounds are under way.
