To Hell with Hell uses a plethora of exhaustible masks with abilities to offer a great new mechanic to the roguelike crawler genre, but overall lacks a considerable amount of mechanical fine-tuning.

You could try to give The Dark Inside Me the benefit of the doubt and say it’s attempting to be dark and edgy, but any way you look at it, it falls on the wrong side of offensive and trashy, without any kind of decent gameplay to fall back on.

In celebration of Dead by Daylight’s two-year anniversary and the feat of surpassing over 4 million copies sold across all platforms, Behaviour Interactive released the newest DLC — Curtain Call.

Interactive Stone’s debut, Gray Dawn, is a beautifully designed horror title with broad appeal, a compelling atmosphere, and a few minor flaws.

Agony is a survival horror title that serves as a bold interpretation of biblical hell, crushed by a monolith of technical problems and unpolished design.

At E3 today, Capcom, Capcom announced Devil May Cry® 5, the latest title in the action series. Devil May Cry 5 will be releasing in Spring 2019.

Vampyr takes the humorously ironic situation of a hematologist-turned-vampire and spins it into a compelling and poetic tragedy with a focus on both combat and decision-making.

Kickstarter darling Agony is a fascinating blend of gripping storytelling and heart-stopping scares. It’s a first-person survival horror indie that, rather than shy away from the grotesque, embraces it as it paints a lurid picture of hell in all its gory glory. If the preview is any indication, Agony will be a benchmark title in how ambiguous plots and graphic scares can be successfully fused into one unforgettable experience.

Dead Ground:Arena is another attempt at wave shooting for VR that doesn't do enough to stand out from the crowd. Its arcade-y gameplay can be fun for a little while, but its clunky movement system and poor design choices hold it back from being anything special.

Hunt: Showdown caters to those looking for deeper strategy and a slower pace than typical battle royale offerings provide.

Bio Inc. Redemption presents us with a confused tone: part of it wants to be taken seriously as a realistic medical simulator, while other parts seem to be trying to get a cynical laugh with out-of-place gore and sound effects. Still, this title is well polished and the gameplay is interesting (save for the Achilles’ heel of a terrible point management mechanic that destroys the immersion and fun). Flaws in both balance and theme could have been overlooked if not for the inclusion of this one unfortunate element.

While pacing and the talent tree could use some improvement, Attack of the Earthlings is otherwise an enjoyable and entertaining release. This refreshing take on the traditional monster-in-space story melds lightheartedness with simple-but-fulfilling strategy.

Quake Champions is getting new content, features, and improvements driven by feedback from the community. Next Thursday, March 15, id Software will roll out the next big free update for Quake Champions, delivering new ways to play and new looks. This will include the return of Instagib - the first new game mode added since closed beta - the introduction of ‘No Abilities Mode’ in custom games; a new 2v2 version of Ranked Play for competitive players and a variety of seasonal cosmetics to commemorate the coming of Spring.

Independent developer Fatshark today announced that the Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Pre-Order BETA is available. Everyone who has bought Warhammer: Vermintide 2, the sequel to Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide, will have access to the BETA all the way to the release on March 8.

Dusk is a nifty little shooter from the dawn of the FPS era, and while it feels like a long-lost DOS game that time forgot, it brings a fresh twist to the FPS table while reminding us why we fell in love with shooters in the first place. Guns are cool, levels are fun, enemies put up a good fight — and with the game being in Early Access, there’s more yet to come from this gem. It's a promising title with a bright future.

I’m sure you’ve already heard about DIE YOUNG, the visually impressive first person open world survival game set in an island in the Mediterranean Sea featured by Daphne, a brave heroine who tries to escape from this dangerous place.

Lust For Darkness, a first-person psychological thriller, combines a duo that few would have ever thought to merge, and even fewer would ever want to see: Cthulu-like horrors and limitless sexual bacchanalia. Developers at Lunar Cult Studios staged an immensely successful Kickstarter, amassing over 500% of their original goal for their game centered around “erotic and occult themes.” Taking clear inspirations from Amnesia: The Dark Descent and amateur pornography, the pre-release demo for Lust For Darkness is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, a video game.

A Robot Named Fight truly makes a name for itself with everything it does. While not an overly plot-driven title, the story behind it all is a fascinating and fun take on a classic, which is then delivered in such a beautifully retro vessel that it is hard to believe you are playing it on a PC in your own room and not a coin-operated console at your local penny arcade. A Robot Named Fight is fast fun, a perfect way to spend five minutes or an hour and a half, and a perfect staple for anyone’s gaming library.

If only Diablo III was this fun and exciting to play between all the fluff and management overhead, I wouldn’t have abandoned it; Redeemer has excatly what I want when I crave quick, well-produced top-down action content. The secret sauce and energy are in full effect, and the face bashing is exceptionally fun both with hands, along with the more advanced killing methods. Зашибись!
